David Brown is a member of the Linaro IoT and Embedded Group (LITE), as well as the Security Working Group, and has worked on the Linux kernel, with a focus on security for a number of years. Recently, he has been focusing on security as it relates to IoT embedded devices, including focusing on secure booting, and secure network communications. He served as the Security Architect for the Zephyr Project for 2 years, continuing to be a part of the Zephyr security team, and is a maintainer for the MCUboot secure bootloader.
